K2 Militec-1 250ml - Engine Oil Additive

K2 Militec-1 is a 100% synthetic oil additive manufactured using the most advanced nanoparticle technology. The active ingredients of the product act directly on metal parts, creating a bond at the molecular level and penetrating the intercrystalline spaces of the surface layers of friction elements. This reaction creates a very thin and extremely durable protective layer on interacting components. Militec-1 contains no potentially harmful solid components and does not alter the elastic properties of the metal. Significantly extends the durability of mechanisms. Miscible with all engine, transmission, and hydraulic oils, regardless of viscosity or quality class. Once added to the engine, Militec-1 remains in the engine for a longer period, thus protecting the engine despite regular oil changes according to the vehicle owner's manual. Can be used in engines with wet clutches.

Directions for use: Militec-1 should be used in the following proportions:

Engine and transmission oil: First use: 30 ml per 1 liter of oil. Subsequent use (at oil change): 15 ml per 1 liter of oil.

Gearbox and automatic transmission oils: 30 ml per 1 liter of oil – repeat every 50,000 km.

Hydraulic oils: 5-15 ml per 1 liter of oil.

Wheel bearings: apply a thin layer before lubrication.

Test results conducted by the Institute of Technology and Exploitation in Radom on a four-ball apparatus showed that adding Militec-1 in an amount of 3.3% (and in the case of hydraulic oil even in an amount of 1.25%) gives spectacular results in the form of increased values of the limiting friction pressure parameters Poz [N/mm2], as well as an increase in the friction load Pt [N], which determines the level of anti-seizure properties of oils under gradually and uniformly increasing load. The use of the additive allows for the reduction of wear of individual system components, as proven by a one-hour test consisting of measuring the wear diameter of a metal ball Poz [mm], at a load of 392.4 N and a speed of 500 rpm.
