K2 Prolok HIGH 6ml - High-Strength Threadlocker

K2 Prolok HIGH T275 is a high-strength anaerobic adhesive designed to prevent threads from loosening when exposed to strong vibrations. Protects against corrosion, seals, and locks connections. Replaces standard locking devices such as washers. Suitable for use on all types of metals.

Properties: Color: red. Breakaway torque: 20-43 Nm. Viscosity: 400-600 cPs. Maximum gap: 0.20 mm. Fixture time: 15 min. Full cure at 20°C: 24 h. Temperature range: -50°C to +150°C.

Directions for use: Wash and thoroughly dry threaded surfaces. Apply one drop of product to the thread end. Wipe off excess product. Do not move the joined parts for 15 minutes. Full joint strength is achieved after 24 hours. Disassembly is possible after heating the joint to 200°C and using tools.

Safety Information: Warning. Causes skin irritation. Causes eye irritation. May cause an allergic skin reaction. May cause respiratory irritation. Keep out of reach of children. Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area. Wear protective gloves. IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of water. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local regulations. Contains: triethylene glycol dimethacrylate; hydroxypropyl methacrylate; acrylic acid.
