K2 Prolok WB-20 50g - High-Temperature Retaining Compound

K2 Prolok WB-20 is a high-strength, high-temperature resistant anaerobic adhesive designed to prevent loosening of cylindrical parts, especially those exposed to vibrations, shocks, and oscillation. Designed for mounting bearings, bushings, shafts, gears, and cylindrical joints. Suitable for use in joints of all types of metals.

Properties: Color: green. Breakaway torque: 25-42 Nm. Viscosity: 10,000-30,000 cPs. Maximum gap: 0.40 mm. Fixture time: 15 min. Full cure: 24 h. Temperature range: -50°C to +230°C.

Directions for use: Thoroughly clean and degrease the surfaces of the elements to be joined. Apply to the entire circumference of the element to be joined. For loose joints, it is recommended to coat both surfaces with the product. After applying the adhesive, immediately join the elements. Wipe off excess product. Do not move the joined elements for 30 minutes. Full bond strength is achieved after 24 hours (for aluminum after 72 hours). Disassembly is possible after heating the joint to 250°C and using tools.

Wear protective gloves/eye protection. IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of water. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local regulations. Contains: Aliphatic urethane triacrylate; 1,1'-(methylenedi-p-phenylene) bismaleimide; hydroxypropyl methacrylate; 2,2-bis(acryloxymethyl)butyl ester of acrylic acid.
