K2 Prolok WT-43 is a medium-strength anaerobic adhesive designed to prevent threads from loosening when exposed to vibrations and oscillations. Protects against corrosion, seals, and locks connections. Replaces standard locking devices such as washers. Suitable for use in all types of metals.
Directions for use: Wash and thoroughly dry threaded surfaces. Apply one drop of product to the thread end. Wipe off excess product. Do not move the joined components for 15 minutes. Full bond strength is achieved after 24 hours. Removal is possible using hand tools.
Properties: Color blue. Breakaway torque 12-25 Nm. Viscosity 10,000-18,000 cPs. Maximum gap 0.30 mm. Fixture time 15 min. Full cure 24 h. Temperature range -50°C to +150°C.

Very toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects. Keep out of reach of children. Wash hands thoroughly after use. Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area. Avoid release to the environment. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local regulations. Contains: triethylene glycol dimethacrylate; hydroxypropyl methacrylate; acrylic acid; 1-acetyl-2-phenylhydrazine.
