K2 Prolok WT-71 is a high-strength anaerobic adhesive designed to prevent threads from loosening when exposed to strong vibrations. Protects against corrosion, seals, and locks connections. Replaces standard locking devices such as washers. Suitable for use in connections made from all types of metals.
Directions for use: Wash and thoroughly dry threaded surfaces. Apply one drop of product to the thread end. Wipe off excess product. Do not move the joined parts for 15 minutes. Full joint strength is achieved after 24 hours. Disassembly is possible after heating the joint to 200°C and using tools.
Properties: Color red. Breakaway torque 20-43 Nm. Viscosity 400-600 cPs. Maximum gap 0.20 mm. Fixture time 15 min. Full cure at 20°C: 24 h. Temperature range -50°C to +150°C.

Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area. Wear protective gloves. IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of water. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local regulations. Contains: triethylene glycol dimethacrylate; hydroxypropyl methacrylate; acrylic acid.
