K2 Prolok WT-77 50g - Very High-Strength Threadlocker

K2 Prolok WT-77 is a high-strength, high-viscosity anaerobic adhesive designed to prevent large threads from loosening when exposed to strong vibrations. Protects against corrosion, seals, and locks connections. Replaces standard locking devices such as washers. Suitable for use in all types of metals. Suitable for use in large gaps up to 0.3 mm.

Directions for use: Wash and thoroughly dry threaded surfaces. Apply one drop of product to the thread end. Wipe off excess product. Do not move the joined parts for 15 minutes. Full joint strength is achieved after 24 hours. Disassembly is possible after heating the joint to 250°C and using tools.

Properties: Color red. Breakaway torque 20-37 Nm. Viscosity 6,000-8,000 cPs. Maximum gap 0.30 mm. Fixture time 15 min. Full cure at 20°C: 24 h. Temperature range -50°C to +150°C.

IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local regulations.
