K2 Vapron - Headlight Regeneration Kit

K2 Vapron is a revolutionary method for regenerating damaged car headlights without the need to disassemble them. The kit's operation is based on reconstructing the transparent polycarbonate layer (the most transparent plastic used for building headlight lenses) by applying a new layer of liquid polycarbonate that rebuilds the structure of the lamp lens. A professional kit for restoring and protecting damaged headlights, commonly known as a "headlight kettle" or "magic kettle." Perfect for restoring damaged headlights (dull, yellowed), regardless of the car's age or degree of damage. Headlight regeneration using the K2 Vapron kit is the most effective and reliable method of renewing the headlight surface. Removes all scratches, discoloration, and dullness. Liquid polycarbonate is heated in a special "kettle" (cup), and then its vapors are applied to the damaged surface, settling and rebuilding it. Thus, the regenerated lamps regain their original, attractive, factory-like appearance. In the case of headlight renovation with K2 Vapron Pro, the K2 Lamp Protect protective coating can be applied after 7 days. The kit must be refilled only with the dedicated K2 Vapron Refill 600 ml. The set includes: Regeneration liquid 600 ml, Application cup, Plastic cup cover, Additional cup cover with flexible hose (for hard-to-reach places), 2 seals, 220V power supply.

Directions for use: Thoroughly clean the headlights and protect adjacent parts. Use water-based paper according to the headlight condition, starting with lower grits and gradually moving to higher grits (800-3000 for heavily damaged headlights, 1500-3000 for less damaged). Dry and thoroughly degrease the surface. Pour the liquid into the cup included in the set (maximum halfway), then plug it in for approximately 4-6 minutes and wait until it starts producing steam. Using the attached cup, apply steam to the headlight surface. The maximum single operating time of the device should not exceed 20 minutes. Allow to harden for approximately 8 hours in a dry place. Pour unused liquid into the aluminum bottle. Tighten the cap securely.
